A KINGMAN Contract Writing class will be held at the Route 66 Business Center, 2701 E. Andy Devine on Monday, May 7th, from 4:30 until 10:00 pm

Arizona requires that new licensees attend a Contract Writing class before getting a salesperson’s license. Any licensee may attend the class for 3 hours Contract Law credit and 3 hours Real Estate Legal Issues credit towards the required biennial continuing education renewal hours.


 There will be a BULLHEAD CITY real estate sales prelicense class on weekdays from Monday, June 4th through Wednesday, June 20th. The classes will run from 9:00 am until 4:30 pm. The classes will be held at the Bullhead City Mohave Valley Association of Realtors, 841 Hancock Rd.

The BULLHEAD CITY Contract Writing class will be held at the same location on Thursday, June 21st from 9:00 am until 2:45 pm

The first day of class will be Sunday August 5 and the last day will be Wednesday, August 22nd. The classes will be held at Laughlin-Bullhead Vacation Rentals and Sales, 1858 Hwy 95.

The BULLHEAD CITY Contract Writing class will be held at the same location on Thursday, August 23rd from 4:30 until 10:00 pm
