September Pre-licensing Course in Lake Havasu City!

Class will begin on Tuesday, September 7th. The last class day will be Thursday, September 23rd. Class hours are 9 am until 4:30 pm.

Location: The conference room at 1st Continental Realty, 3317 N Highway 95. (On the northern edge of town smack-dab on the main highway.

Cost: Tuition for the 90 Hours is $525, reduced to $475 if paid in full by the first day of class.

Tuition includes the book Arizona Specifics: a real estate study as well as additional study materials, all of which are yours to keep.

A deposit of $100 will allow you to to reserve your space and we will send you a textbook so that you may familiarize yourself with the material before class begins.

Note:  There will be a separate Contract Writing class after the  prelicensing course at the same location from 9:00 am until 3:45 pm on  Friday, September 24th. While open to all licensees, this class is required before you get your sales license and counts towards your first license renewal as 6 hours of continuing education credits. The cost of this class is $40.
