Broker 90-hour
Prelicensure class...
Broker's classes will be held periodically when there is sufficient student demand for a class...
Where: Normally, brokers classes are held in Lake Havasu City or in Kingman
When: Weekday classes will be held from 9 am until 4:30 pm Monday through Friday for 13 days. Weekend classes take 10 days from 9 am until 6:30 pm.
The required Broker Management Clinic Class (3 hours Commissioner's Standards credit) is a part of the package and will be held from 2:30pm until 5:15 on the last day of class after the final exam. As a stand-alone class, the cost of the management clinic is $20.
Cost: Tuition, Book and Handouts; $645. The cost with the $50 discount for payment by the end of the first day of class: $595.
Students who pay for the prelicensing class do not have to pay for the Broker's Management Clinic.
