Broker 90-hour
Prelicensure class...
This class is underway. The Management Clinic is open to any students who need the continuing education credits.......
Where: Kingman, in the Sunshine Storage Conference room...
3890 Sunshine Drive (off Castle Rock north of Route 66.)
When: Class will be held from 9am until 4:30 pm beginning on Saturday, February 6th. The class will meet on Saturdays, Sundays, and Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays for 13 days. (No class on Mondays or Fridays!) The last class day will be on Tuesday, February 23rd.
The required Broker Management Clinic Class (3 hours Commissioner's Standards credit) is a part of the package and will be held from 9am until 11:45 on Thursday the 25th at the same location. As a stand-alone class, the cost is $20.
Cost: Tuition, Book and Handouts; $645. The cost with the $50 discount for payment by the end of the first day of class: $595.
Students who pay for the prelicensing class do not have to pay for the Broker's Management Clinic.
